If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us, unworn, along with the original receipt, packaging and labels within 14 days and we will organise a refund or a replacement. Please note we cannot refund postage.
In the interests of safety and hygiene we are unable to accept returns of underwear or helmets.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Warranty
All our products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty which will cover faults and defects. This warranty will be for 1 year from purchase. Please contact us prior to making a warranty return. Please note that the manufacturers warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product.
